I love drawing, I love animating and I love Storytelling, but there is a thing that bothers me a lot, I have ambitious long-term goals for my Webcomic The Grimm Place, with future arcs that will expand the characterization of the cast, introduce a new original fantasy race, escalate the stakes, among others, the thing that is bothering me that I take a lot of time to draw a single page, like almost a week.
It's probably because I have high school, I do the stuff all alone (without a team), I tend to procrastinate and I have to share the tablet that I use to draw with my mother who uses it for her work. So, that's why it's so slow to make new pages. The Prologue alone took almost 2 months to complete (initially it used to be just line art, therefore I had to color, and there's also the animation) and the chapter 2 which is the first chapter of Wolf & Red's Arc will possibly take another 2 months to finish!
What saddens me the most is that the Grimm Place will potentially take almost half a decade to reach the Epic Finale, if I continue at this rate. Jesus Christ!
*sighs* However, the light at the tunnel that I see is... Me improving my skills and Learning how to draw comics in a way that save time.
P.S. There is also my uncertainity if my webcomic will ever get an audience, and in a lesser extent, that people will like my passionate work and not be salty and nitpicky about it.
